I mean, I do now. Funny story: I told my Idol fan coworker (she's great, 10/10 human, has great taste in Idols too) that Nick is one of the least deserving winners, to the extent that IDF crashed in protest after he won. I don't think she minds Nick, but she absolutely HATES Neil Diamond, so when she mentioned that Nick came back to do the Neil Diamond tribute, I said SEE?! Sam should have been given their winning moment on stage during the next damn season. It was the absolute LEAST the show could do. Oh well, stuff like finally giving Sam their moment, the Mandisa tribute, and even letting Archie come back to share his and his mom's leaving the Mormon church story tells me that the current producers are getting better at honoring previous alumni. That makes me happy to see. I'm so bad at they/them pronouns ugh, I edited my previous post. -

LOL the Paige comment. Ooh I know she was the IDF It Girl of the season. I do think the forum overrated her at times, but I do think she delivered a handful of great performances on her run. Ooh you know Nick has been starring on a musical based on Neil Diamond for awhile, right? Yeah this was fantastic! ❤️ I was shocked but so happy that the show finally brought Just Sam back to the show. It took way too long for that to happen. -
