Lol, judging by my limited viewing of this season so far, my tastes certainly don't align with IDF's. Weird to here her singing without rasp, but it felt like an imitation of Olivia Rodrigo at some points. Some of the vocal cracks were unflattering too. He did really good once again on an uptempo song, and I like how he picks his spots when to add more power into his voice. Tasteful and well placed and makes it all the more impactul when he does it. I’ve come to the conclusion they don’t care much about vocals. They just care about the game. Abi and Emmy deserve props tonight. Great job. Will slayed too. I don’t think it would have saved her from b2 necessarily, but a better performance to go out on if she had to go. I don’t think she should have gone though but this is the reality of this stage of the comp Triston is a subpar singer. I just don’t get it. Will is boring but at least he can sing on key… Abi killed it. She’s been consistent throughout her run. I wish they’d stop doing platinum tickets because it creates too much pressure to “live up to the hype” Julia’s SOTR was gorgeous! I wasn’t a fan of her in the earlier rounds but man. She is good. There really are some shades of Adele and Kelly in her tone Jack is giving Phillip Phillips and could win. He needs to keep being strategic to pull it off tho. Ive rewatched several times I love the moment at about 3:22 in this clip you see Kaibrienne and McKenna both tearful looking so proud of her! one thing I do like about this season is that the girls especially seem very close to each other.
