1. BIAS - His best for sure. He deserves to move to the next round. He sang it with so much conviction. 2:11 onwards was so intense. Absolutely LOVED it.

 

Can't rank the rest in order. They were all so good.

 

Huntley - Probably the most showstopping performance of the night.

Ruby - It has grown on me a lot. Not her best, but I still liked it.

Nini - This girl is crazy talented. Insane range.

Mara - I really enjoyed this. She's so energetic.

Most of these performances were so bad. Either dull and forgettable, painful to listen to or made me think it was bedtime.

i'm surprised people enjoyed mara so much tbh. sure her vocals are good, but her stage presence and delivery are so corny and cringe that it completely takes me out of the performance  it makes me think some people voted for solely because she fits under the powerhouse category. 

 

nini was my fave of the episode but she will never be candice glover! the red lighting and black dress didn't help lol. i also enjoyed ruby and huntley! this cast isn't really resonating with me much overall tho.

Voted my snowflake Nini, of course.  Was a no brainer after that performance, which I believe will go down as one for the ages. Imagine, she topped "Karma Police"!!!

 

Honorable mention to the outlaw-preacher country lad BIAS.  I know IDF hates its male country singers, but this guy isn't your typical country singer by any stretch of the imagination, and I like different!  For many of the same reasons I dig Nini (though admittedly alt is more my bag than country), I'm liking this guy more with each performance.  He's not about perfect vocals this guy, but he puts it all out on stage each and every time. His and Nini's performances are the ones I'll remember.  Plus, how freakin' cool was that Cash song choice!  Happy to see him getting some IDF love on the poll.

Personally I think her stage presence is actually one of her standout (positive) traits. The only time I found it corny was in her KO. Otherwise, she’s had a command of the stage like no one else this season has.

AZAN and Nini are behind her. Jacquie and Huntley are pretty good in that respect too. I like Lila but she really needs to work on hers'

Listen without watching, should help. Maybe I'm the minority on this but I don't care at all about stage presence. People express themselves in all sorts of ways, some of which may be considered odd. but if you can sing/make good music then that's all that matters in the end.

 

Also, I think Nini and Jacquie occupy that powerhouse lane moreso than Mara.

Yeah Candice still has the best version but in general I'd say it's one of the best AI performances of all time soo..hard to compete with that

I finally got to re-listen to all the performance and there have been a few changes to my original ranking

 

SLAYED

I don't like this song choice, but he kinda killed it vocally

It may have been a mess vocally, but this was fun as hell idc

5. BIAS

 

They are great vocalists, but these songs were not good choices for them at all

6. Jacquie (Grew on me though)

8. Ruby (This shrunk, I was kinda bored)

 

Love the song and the performance was still good, but those belts were pitchy

These were solid performances, just not very memorable
