The Voice 🌟 Season 25 🌟 Spoilers/News/Updates Reba, Dan & Shay, Legend, Chance

I assume everything will be clearer when the Top 12 perform live. I’d say Ruby and Huntley were on equal footing with Minivan after the Playoffs with a slight edge to Ruby, but her doing subpar in back-to-back weeks definitely helped tip the scales in Huntley’s favor.

Β

This does seem like a cast with a lot of performing experience, but no one is truly safe from bandzilla, bad song choices, or just flopping outright.

Team D+S is definitely surviving next week right?

Oh, yes.Β  Karen and Madison, I think, are definitely getting to the semifinals.Β  Tae will depend on his song choice, but with a good country song, he might have no problem.

Β

I'll guess that John loses Zoe, Reba loses L., and Chance loses Nadège.

I was initially skeptical of Nathan's ability to sing ballads given what he's shown us so far but after learning about his musical theater background I managed to dig up this performance and he's pretty damn good at those too.

Β

Agree with those above. Take Ruby for the example of someone got a hype pre-lives but didn't win eventually because of not performing live good enough.Β

Β

Assuming the bottom 4 next week consists of Nadege, L, Zoe and Tae, I think Tae would win easily. Realistically, I think Serenity would be there. Who knows if someone have a Tanner Massey instant save this season or not?

Yeah all of the frontrunners (Karen, Josh, Nathan, Asher, Bryan, etc.) are all very comfortable & very experienced with performing live so I'm expecting a great few weeks of live shows

We have to remember that the playoff was october 3-4 that 7 months ago and while under contract from the voice they are limited on what they can do performance wise.Β

They are definitely allowed to perform during that time, it’s not like The Voice is gonna prevent them from making a living 😭 It doesn’t take much social media scrolling to figure out the professional musicians were still doing gigs before the show aired

At 400K, Asher has officially passed up both Karen and Madison on Facebook and is now the most viewed.Β  Madison is right behind him at 385K, and Karen behind both of them at 373K.

Β

Damn.Β  A bit early to say, I know, but this really could be the top three of the season if they remain consistently strong.Β  They're the only three still climbing at a rather rapid rate.

Charlie Mason Ranking the top 12

Β

https://tvline.com/lists/the-voice-season-25-winner-predictions/nadege-team-chance-the-rapper/

Β

From Least Likely to Win to Most Likely

Β

12-Nadège

Working for her:Β Her tone is as lovely as her presence.Β Working against her:Β She’s likelier to leave viewers saying β€œThat was pretty” than β€œThat was pretty amazing.”

Β

11-Bryan Olsen

Working for him:Β He’s Season 25’s one and only rocker.Β Working against him:Β His habit of oversinging increases his risk of giving off karaoke vibes.

Β

10- Zoe Levert

Working for her:Β The show is working overtime to brand her β€œthe next Taylor Swift.” Working against her:Β She’s good and getting better, but the next Taylor Swift, she is not.

Β

9-Serenity Arce

Working for her:Β She doesn’t just sing her numbers, she thrillinglyΒ feelsΒ them.Β Working against her:Β The young female lane in Season 25’s most crowded.

Β

8-Tae Lewis

Working for him:Β He’s both a country boy and a showman.Β Working against him:Β He’ll be splitting the vote with two arguably better singers.

Β

7-L. Rodgers

Working for her:Β She’s got a powerful voice that’s even more memorable than her look.Β Working against her:Β Season 17’s spectacular Katie Kadan only came in third place; just sayin’.Β

Β

6-Madison Curbelo

Working for her:Β After failing to get a chair turn in Season 20, she returned with the polish to getΒ allΒ of the coaches vying for her.Β Working against her:Β She may not have the stage presence of the contestant at No. 3.

Β

5- Karen Waldrup

Working for her:Β She keeps surprising us with vocals that get bigger as the stakes get higher.Β Working against her:Β Historically, male country singers have wonΒ The VoiceΒ more often than female ones.

Β

4- Asher HaVon

Working for him:Β His voice packs enough of a punch to leave anyone seeing stars. Or at least seeing one β€” him!Β Working against him:Β Stiff competition, and that’s about it.Β

Β

3-Maddi Jane

Working for her:Β She’s charismatic to the nth and has an ear-popping voice that doesn’t quit.Β Working against her:Β Only the fact that she’s likely to split votes with Zoe, Serenity and Madison.Β

Β

2-Josh Sanders

Working for him:Β He’s basically the second coming of Season 17 winner Jake Hoot.Β Working against him:Β He’s up against three country competitorsΒ andΒ the dynamo at No. 1.

Β

1-Nathan Chester

Working for him:Β Besides his being pitch-perfect, his retro-soul leanings are sure to appeal to the older-skewingΒ VoiceΒ audience.Β Working against him:Β Not a damn thing. We’re calling it here and now.

Yeah, exchange Maddi and Bryan, and place Maddi only a lil bit higher then it would be more reasonable ig.

Just curious, did anyone else besides Nadège post a hint regarding their song this week?

Last season's top 12 got suuuuper fresh song choices and I was hoping the same for this season. Nadège is already one step in the right direction with her song.

S24 live rounds have overall quite fresh song choices (We finally got to hear Another Love, but also had to sufferΒ Thnks fr th Mmrs). But I think it doesn't important what Nadege will sing. She's like another Kara Tanae, who had back-to-back fresh song choices from KO to Top 12 instant save but was booted anyway)

Yeah, she's still pretty much DOA sadly (unless the audience inexplicably resonates with it, she can somehow make the lyrics more Jesus-y, or enough of the other contestants flop).

Still excited for her performance though! Her song shows that they're willing to cut deeper tracks for the contestants now.
