Same. I was thinking the same. She doesn't have to worry now about the cheesy part of this show by being in the top. She won't be locked down into their killer stuff either. And we got to have her for every live show! She will be there next week too. She was never going to win unfortunately for all of the jealous, raging people tearing her down all season. I don't think people realize that these people read the comments and you can't tell me it doesn't get in their head and affect them and this is the first time I've personally seen so many WOMEN especially like 50 year old plus women, just tear down and insult a young woman. Loretta maybe pissed a bunch of them off years ago or their men left them or something over her....LMAO joke there. But seriously mad props to this young lady of faith in putting on a brave face and slowly coming out of her shell. She's definitely a unique talent and I think her future is bright and I can't wait for music from her!

Seriously, Abi is the winner. It's been pretty clear imo for a couple of weeks now. This was no shocker top 3. I don't think there is really a TCO this year. It's been a weird season imo. I think Abi is going to win by a landslide.

Nah that's where I think people are wrong. That's just jealousy in my opinion. Kind of like the old saying "Misery loves company". Emmy and her story and her own personal journey with anxiety and insecurities is prob my fave story of any contestant on this show and I've watched since Justin and Kelly. People attacked her and thought she was undeserving because of the family she was born to...she can't help that and it made her no less deserving than the next person. I am proud of her for being courageous and I mean it's no wonder the poor girl wasn't able to grow as much as she could...the comments online were literally ridiculously hateful. That's when she became my number one over Abi, when people just chose to single her out and crap all over her b/c her mother is loretta lynn's daughter.

I personally think she and Abi were the best singers. I think that's subjective to a person's listening taste. But I have never seen a contestant in all of my years of watching this show receive as much hate and utter meanness as this girl did! I like her voice and I think she sounds great. Not every singer is a belter. I felt really sad and sorry for this girl reading the comments on this forum and on social media. Ridiculous the amount of grown women I see on FB, etc. insulting a young woman and tearing her down.
