Tie among Someone Like You, Skinny Love and Anti-Hero, I chose Skinny Love.

I know the battle I picked was the only one with two people from my “team”, but they were both excellent here, and Gina specifically was even better here than in her audition. I was also pleased with Manasseh and Mary Kate this round, and Sorelle also improved from their blind.

between someone like u and tracks of my tears, voted  for the latter bc of that one insane harmony on “tracks of my tears” but someone like u also had multiple incredible moments (mainly from sorelle imo) soooo

Tasha/EJ ended up being my favorite.

 

Close runner up is Kylee/Mary Kate, then comes Gina/Kala.

Liked some others, but this is the only one where I thought they were about equally great.

1. Sorelle / Manasseh (Might be one of my all time favs, tbh)

2. Gina / Kala | Kylee / Mary Kate (Can't rank these two battles in order. Both are really amazing)

4. Cait / Allie

5. Tasha / EJ

 

Also, Ross / Laura wasn't a good battle, but I really loved Ross' parts. He was really good.

I hope they didn't just stack the 1st week, because if they keep the quality up this could go down as one of the best battle rounds in recent memory.

 

I'd have to go with Gina and Kala but Sorelle/Mannasseh and MK/Kylee follow closely behind.

The first week was insane. Hope we get some amazing battles next week as well.
