Voted for Snoop, he was equal parts constructive feedback and entertaining both in his own commentary and in his interactions with the judges.

Snoop was really fun and also gave really good advice. Proof that you don't need to be the best singer to give great singing/performing advice.

I'd have a hard time choosing just one. I agree that Snoop was great, but I also enjoyed Ed and James in the role. Mariah is my least favorite mega mentor of the six.

Mariah has a great voice and great music, but it looked like she was there just for display. Totally not because she shaded Celine like five times.

Out of all of them, I dig James Taylor's music the most, but Snoop takes it, definitely. He'll be hard to top.

Lowkey I really enjoyed Ed as the mega mentors? I liked how he gave them career and industry advice as opposed to just commentary based on their performances. I'm really not a fan of his music, but I was pleasantly surprised by his skills as a mega mentor.

Honestly, I think if he hadn’t had to fill Snoop’s shoes, I would’ve enjoyed him a little bit more, but he wasn’t bad by any means (and him sharing that video with the teens on Team Kelly was genuinely funny on top of being set up to be a good TV moment).

Snoop and Ed for me. Snoop had great feedback and was effortlessly charming and funny, Ed offered really good perspectives - him laughing about record label pizza parties, where he'd show up, sing for 2 ppl who half way thru the song went "meh" took their pizza and left, was equal parts funny and very encouraging.

Snoop. He was very entertaining, and he gave great advice - the performances that knockout season reflected that.

for sure, Snoop and Taylor. both gave great advice and had amazing personalities/interactions with contestants (imo)
