"DB Records" could still be her initials. It's just that there was a record label with that name back in the 70s to 90s. That DB Records may not be related to the current DB Records.
It's not the same thing. However, a good management company is important. A management company helps you get opportunities essentially. They can help get record deal offers, help with marketing/promotion including tv performances, acting, etc., manage an artist's finances, etc. Some artists aren't signed or have a good label, but do have a good management which is very helpful in artists careers.

RE album title, maybe she wanted it to be similar to the debut album in name but also different in presentation (baby Danielle vs grown up Danielle).
Even the font and profile orientation are similar.
I'm just speculating, of course, but it could also be a new beginning (sorta like new debut) so it's self-titled again.
