Ryley. This song has been done to death, but I am still intrigued about what he will do to that song with a tone beyond his age, especially when he skipped a round.

I'm excited for D.Smooth (apparently he flipped the song), Sorelle (their standing O moment), Grace, Holly, NOIVAS, Rachel and Kala too. Especially with Kala and the song we did not get either Janice or Kim to sing.

Kylee on "Flowers" can be included here too. Plus Ross' U2 cover

I feel like I often get excited for performances from contestants I’m not a huge fan of more than contestants I already really like, because they have potential to surprise me

Tasha. Hoping her cover of “Here” is similar to Candice Boyd’s from The Four. And I love that song.

Honestly, D.  Smooth has no excuses to not kill this song. That´s his bread and butter it seems. And considering he moved on, I want to say, mission accomplished. 

 

I picked that one because it just seems like such a good fit, and when a contestant gets a song like that, wonders can happen.
