They confirmed it with the teaser for tonight's episode that 3 will be leaving, although I don't really know what they meant by "going head 2 head with a fellow contestant". On the teaser it looked like they were delivering the results in pairs: Alexis vs. Carter, Beau vs. Keaton & Ralyn vs. Essence.
