You've both done an incredible job from week to week, so deciding between the two of you is no easy feat. Lisa, you came into this competition as someone who didn't necessarily have the "model look," but your pictures from the beginning showed that although you don't always register as a model in person, you transform when need be. You've taken killer pictures week in and week out, and you've also put that "wild child" personality to good use, never failing to impress in commercials and on the runway. You're vivacious, candid, and a genuine talent. Nik, you on the other hand are unquestionably a model in person, and while you could have easily disappointed us in pictures, you were a consistently strong competitor from the beginning, earning four consecutive runner-up placements right off the bat. You've definitely had some bumps in the road, but your highs have been some of the highest of the entire season. You're a quietly elegant stunner who, like Lisa, is also a genuine talent. Overall, the two of you really carried this cycle, and it was never entirely clear which one of you was stronger. Unsurprisingly, the portfolio battle voting reflected this, and the winner of this cycle won by a ridiculously small margin. By a score of 12-11, the winner of cycle 5... is... Nik!!! I'm just very happy we got JUSTICE FOR LISA because her elimination in Season 5 goes in the hall of fame of ANTM wtf eliminations. If she had made it to CoverGirl, I'm skeptical Lisa would be able to pull off the fresh look that Nik and Nicole were bringing, but Lisa slayed the Secret challenge so it's a shame we were robbed of that potentially amazing television and showdown. I feel like it might be fun when every other cycle is over to do our own "All-Star" cycle, which could include fan favorites (Annaliese, Erin, etc.) as well as models that we robbed (Brittany cycle 13, Ann Ward, etc.).
