Solaris Posted December 8, 2019 Share Posted December 8, 2019 Penn Jillette One half of Penn & Teller, a famous magician duo, Penn was on 6th season of dancing with the stars. He was partnered with Kym Johnson. He has two dances before he was eliminated in last place. In week 1 on "guys night", Penn danced the Cha Cha to Fool in Love. He was the very first performance of the season, and he set the bar very low. In week 2 he danced the Quickstep, which I thought was worse then his week 1 dance, but he scored 1 point higher. Either way he was the bottom scoring man on the leader board and eliminated the following night on the results show. I don't know what it is about Penn that I really dislike. I think his facial mannerisms, but every media plateform he has ever been on, I have not been able to sit through his acts. So I love that I get to send him out of the game in Round 1. *Lily Posted December 8, 2019 Share Posted December 8, 2019 Geraldo Rivera It's times like this I wish we still had the old threads because I've definitely cut Geraldo once before and I almost feel like I could have cut him twice? Regardless, this is at least my twice time cutting Geraldo from the rankdown and I'm more than happy to do so. Geraldo did one right thing during his time on DWTS which was asking for Edyta as a pro and the show actually getting her back after all those seasons off, which seemed incredibly unlikely because we thought she burned those bridges lol. He had two 'dances' on the show, his first one being the Cha-Cha where Edyta just danced around him, and then he had his Salsa which was... beyond awful in all senses of the world. Geraldo and Edyta dancing as Donald and Melania, something which was horrifying to joke about in a pre-Trump administration world but this past season shows that this show couldn't care less about who they're offending. Even after Mischa Barton was doing the bare minimum and literally BEGGING to be kicked off first, the audience decided to ignore her pleas and take out Geraldo, which was iconic. Geraldo was already trashy but nothing has changed, accusations re-emerged of sexual harassment the following year all the while he was defending Matt Lauer. Evander Holyfield was the second ever contestant eliminated from Dancing With the Stars back in 2006, when the show became a surprise hit for ABC and Kellegend Monaco made John O'Hurley pressed that a woman beat him at something. <3 He sucked all three weeks he was on the show and was somehow not even in the bottom two the first week, which should've been a sign that America's voting was going to stay a mess. *Amanda Posted December 8, 2019 Share Posted December 8, 2019 316. Kate Gosselin Oh, Kate. :| You know, Tony unfortunately has a long list of dreadful partners, but Kate is most definitely the worst. Not only is she an awful dancer, but she's an insufferable human being as well. Like I said, she's a terrible dancer yet she somehow made it to week 5 because the season 10 cast is just that dismal outside of the Top 3. She never scored higher than a 18 for any of her dances (she had a combined 32 for the week the show decided to do that nonsensical separate scores for technique and performance thing - although it was hilarious to see Kate this season and then Bristol and the Situation on season 11 get hammered in the scores because of this). Her "Paparazzi" Paso Doble for story week was an extremely self-centered route to go with it. Her Breakfast Club Foxtrot had literally nothing to do with the movie it was supposed to represent. Oh, and there's the fact that she made Tony want to quit. She kept arguing with him about how he was teaching her and caused him to walk out of rehearsals and say "I Quit". And then she was like "I don't get it!" Uh, maybe LISTEN to your pro instead of criticizing his teaching abilities? Like I said, insufferable. I feel so bad for Tony having to be stuck with her this season and it made the moment he won with Melissa in all-stars that much better, knowing he had to deal with the likes of Kate.
