I really liked him cause his belting range was impressive, especially compared to what we hear on the show for male country singers. As for his audition. I think it showed what he could do, but maybe his voice is lacking in the projection department, since even though he was belting high it was still a bit hard to hear through the band. (Maybe it was bad audio?) That being said, I think it was solid. He needs songs that really showcase his belting range and light tone.
