Tessanne stands out in this group at both. Skilled vocalist with not one single bad performance, especially she broke out at the right time during her run, which was the longest run among those.

 

Alisan is an awesome vocalist but was inconsistent during her run (I blame Xtina for the song choices). It's funny she's a country singer now.

 

Maelyn was in a short season, I wish she had more performance. 

 

I didn't like Chloe, I think she's the weakest vocalist here but her originality is undeniable. 

 

GNT is my personal favorite but to pick the best vocalist and run I'd go for Tessanne.

Tessanne had just a few live performances I didn't really care about (the T12 and T10)

Alisan's only miss was Cryin imo. Still Tessanne's BOTW, Redemption Song, Underneath It All, and I Have Nothing can all rank along with Alisan's best performances.

Maelyn was great throughout her run but the only performance I would personally have in that tier is Hallelujah.

The other 2 had great moments but are not really in consideration imo

Best vocalist: Tess and I don't think there should be any doubt about that. Alisan is second. Tess > Alisan >>> Maelyn >>> Bekah >> Chloe

 

Best run: Tess > Alisan >> Maelyn >>> GNT > Chloe

 

Personal favorite: Tess >

 

Tbh, I like all of them. I just don't think I can rank them.

Tessanne clears the first 2 options.

 

She has the most performances yet I can't recall a single shaky moment. Can't say the same about anyone else here, even if it was rare 

 

Her pitch control is on another level as is her power and breath support.

 

My personal favourite though, at least tone wise, is Chloe.

I'll take the top 3 from here (for each category) and will combine them with the top 3 from the male category. I mean, the results aren't gonna be much diff, but It's fun I guess.

 

Btw, not Tess being last in the "fav" category while steamrolling everyone in the "best" category. I guess she's popular here, but not the #1 choice of many.
