Steven_ Posted April 3, 2022 Share Posted April 3, 2022 THENA I don't really understand why Thena is still here. Is it because you guys are big Angelina Jolie fans? I watched Eternals, and Thena wasn't a character that made much of an impact in my opinion. To be fair, there were a lot of characters to keep up with. Nonetheless, Thena never seemed significant to the plot of the film. She was just there. Sure, there was a subplot about Thena exiling herself. There was something wrong with her mind due to an overload of memories, and she didn't want to lose control and go around attacking people or her fellow Eternals. Eternals had cool special effects, but the characters weren't fleshed out well enough. That's mostly due to the fault of an overstuffed cast.
