Solaris Posted March 27, 2022 Author Share Posted March 27, 2022 Cycle 11: The Grand Arena This cycle is based off of the arena fighting in Thor: Ragnarok. It was home to the battle of champions. With only 36 characters left, it is time for our own battle of champions. Each round there will be 3 battles. 6 will go in, 3 will come out. Each of you will be responsible for one and a half battles. When it is your turn, you will DM 3 names to me. 1 battle of your own, and 1 other name that will go up against a character your dynamic duo has decided on. Example: Steven's Battle: Groot vs Rocket Zoey's Battle: Spider-Man 2 vs Spider-man 3 Battle 3: Ant-Man (Zoey's Pick) vs Wasp (Steven's Pick) Everyone will then vote. You cannot vote in your own battle, but you can vote in the battle where you submitted one name. In this example Steven could vote in the Spider-Man battle and the Ant-Man vs the Wasp battle, but not his own. Everyone must vote in every battle they are eligible for. It is possible for a tie vote in the third battle in each round. If there is a tie, I will get to break it. You are responsible for the write up of your battle + the write up if your choice of character loses the third battle. Characters will not be able to be in more then one battle. So if Groot were to survive against Rocket, Groot would advance to the Top 27. At the end of this cycle 9 more will have left the rankdown. You are sending me your battle, + whoever you to compete in the third battle against victorias choice. I will post the battles here when I get both yours and Victorias submissions and people will post publicly. If it the third battle ties, I break the tie! You don't get to vote in your own battle submission, but can vote in the third one where you only submitted one of the names, and you get to vote in victoria's battle.
