Its a rankers right to nominate whoever they want (within the confines of the rules) when its there turn, and they shouldn't have to fear repercussion from moderators. Thats my opinion on the situation. I might have misinterpreted what you said, but it sounds likes if you don't like someone's nominations you feel it might be right to ban them.
