1. Gina Miles - Thrilled to say she did fantastic. I was afraid for her but she pulled it off and I'm OVER THE MOON that she made it through.

2. Holly Brand - Took me a few listens but yeah, I preferred this one over Grace by just a hair. Not fair to have both of these girls in one season. The best country girls we've had in a long time.

3. Grace West - Lovely from her. Thrilled to see her in the finale (as if a Blake contestant wouldn't have made it lol). 

4. D.Smooth - I liked this a lot more than I thought I would. Consistent, made it full somewhat fresh.

5. Ryley Tate Wilson - Shakier than expected, but still overall great.

6. Ray Uriel - A consistent vocal lost in the shuffle tonight

7. NOIVAS - Strong points here and there, but very rough. Not a good choice for him. Wish he would've gotten Stapleton approved.

8. Sorelle - Messy throughout and didn't get better. Their worst performance by far.

I mean true but I thought there were parts that were a higher level of bad than others lol

yeah lol i actually think he opened fine but that ran into some trouble later on, will have to relisten

Disappointing episode - everyone except Grace and D. Smooth gave their worst performance to date imo.

 

1. Grace - Fantastic, her best performance yet.

2. Holly - Not her best but still really good, confused as how to she didn't make the finale. A country singer with a popular coach who sang really well... one of the most surprising results in a while for me.

3. D. Smooth - Good but his runs were a little stilted, still waiting for him to live up to his amazing battle.

4. Gina - Solid but  felt a bit choppy. Her tone is still gorgeous.

5. Ryley - He was my favourite coming into this round but this was just not a good song choice for his voice and he looked awkward on stage.

6. NOIVAS - Some good parts, some messy parts.

7. Ray - I like his tone a lot but this was weak and had pitch issues.

8. Sorelle - Some good parts in the first half but most of the second half was quite painful to listen to. Sad because I liked their pre-taped performances but I'm guessing autotune did a lot of the heavy lifting. Pretty perplexed as to how they made the finale but hoping they prove me wrong next week.

1. Holly- My favorite performance from her

 

2. D. Smooth- I actually always thought he would do a good job on this, just that the song was a boring pick for him. But anyways i loved it

 

3. Grace West- I havent been the biggest fan of hers but this was her best performance. 

 

4. Gina Miles- This was solid, but  nothing mind blowing. I looove her tone though

 

5. Ryley- Loved the beginning, didnt love it so much when he got up from the piano though

 

6. Sorelle- It was solid vocally but kinda boring. And the "faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall" harmony sounded weird to me lol

 

 7. NOIVAS- Definitely his weakest performance. Very messy

 

8. Ray- Bland as always

I really liked her BA and Battle, but this performance felt bland to me. Did nothing for me. Also, she was really quiet for the most part lol.

Honestly even after listening to Grace (who I missed) I think D. Smooth still had my favorite performance lol
