I'm not saying she's head and shoulders above the others vocally, but she delivered that song with a sincerity I didn't think was possible with such a cheesy tune. I remember in the remote Grand Finale of Season 18, there was a special performance from Mike Jerel, Falderal (Kevin Farris), and some The Voice alumni (including Lauren Duski, Jacob Maxwell from S16, Alexa Cappelli, Jake Hoot, Ricky Duran, and Britton Buchanan), where they all performed “What the World Needs Now is Love”, so that was my favorite performance of this song too.
