BUT....you know what I like about this one? Her personality coming through in the performance. That’s just as important as the singing, and she’s grown tremendously in that area over the past 2-3 months. I don’t watch the show, so I didn’t know he was montaged. She posted this. Also, when she had him on her live, he was clearly suggesting that he wants to date her, and even said maybe he’ll marry her some day. Seems like a good time to remind that he spearheaded the campaign to launch Maren Morris a few years ago, and has worked with Miranda and a bunch of others. He knows people.
