    Obviously, I am disappointed that Anna did not make the Top 9. I really hope she is doing alright! Anna has already proven that she is a fighter, so I have no doubt that she’ll be able to look past this and strive forward. She left on a high note (one of the best performances of the night) and should be proud. I am beyond excited to see what great things she has in store for us in the future. Please Anna, if you’re reading this, know that you have a ton of supporters who will be here for you till the very end!!!

    Ugh, this is terrible... He had such a great night too on Sunday. Regardless, the smart thing to do would be to disqualify him. I think it would be too difficult to bring back Hunter, due to COVID-19 protocols though.

    I think also that Zae was probably nervous. He even sounded nervous giving his (likely rehearsed) answer to Carson - and obviously no shame in that. Most of us could never imagine singing to millions of Americans on live TV. Yeah, I’m sure that played a part as well. I’ll just leave it at this though. If Zae doesn’t want to comment any further on it, then he certainly isn’t obligated to do so.

    If I had to guess, it was overworking himself, and more specifically, his voice. His voice sounded hoarse during his performance and he was really belting it out in Ryleigh’s live, which was about an hour before the show. If you connect the dots, it kind of makes sense. Regardless, I’m happy he ended with a performance that conveyed such a powerful meaning. Regardless of how he sounded, his message must have resonated with a ton of people.
