Buffy really is one of the best TV characters ever and a pop culture icon. Sarah Michelle Gellar brings so much to the role to make Buffy complex yet relatable. She really was the perfect person to play Buffy, and I can't imagine anyone else in the role. Buffy's amazing, and I'm glad to see her win this. WALLACE Quote QUEEN. Love everything about her and all the variety she shows as a character. Hoping she wins, despite being an obvious winner, and that no one tanks her. DEREK Quote I'm torn about whether I want Buffy to win. It might be a little predictable. But Buffy is one of the most complex characters on TV in my opinion. Her struggles with her powers, being normal, making hard choices, sacrifices, love life... I think they did a really good job with this lead character and she does well carrying the show. I'm shocked Spike came in 9th, but I'm obviously not mad about it. I would have liked Giles a bit higher but eh no biggie. oops, I do kinda regret putting Faith below Joyce, but she still got 5th so that's good. And glad she didn't interfere with that Top 4. A wonderful Top 4, pleased for Cordelia getting 4th. Amazing Top 3 with Xander 3rd and Willow 2nd. Xander and Angel were a toss up for me. I really should have put Xander higher though, but I guess I was in an Angel mood. But it helped him to 6th, so no regrets. Iconic Winner in Buffy. I wish I wrote more on her, but I already did so in two other rankdowns. Like Diana said, I would have been so ticked if she didn't win. She totally deserves the top spot.
