Allegra and Michael, for sure. Need to rewatch the Davon battle to make sure about the best individual performance but I'm certain I liked Allegra better than Val.

I will say Allegra has the best Whitney solo performance, but Val and Davon are pretty close too

same, Davon is obviously the stronger singer but he had a far harder arrangement of his song so there were a few small rough spots

coincidentally i listened to allegra’s run recently and it was much better than i remembered. she has some rly nice r&b-esque runs and her “lives” weren’t weak like i thought

Very unlike me I know...I love Allegra but I wasn't as into this battle as much as I was her other performances (mainly Chandelier & New York State of Mind)

 

I think a lot of my issue with the battle is I kind of hate Michael's tone
