Alex95 Posted April 27, 2023 Author Share Posted April 27, 2023 I just watched this episode, and I actually liked it as much as one could possibly like a post-modern Survivor season. The Carolyn story felt a lot more natural than a lot of these sob stories they've sewed into the show. We got just regular scenes of them sitting around at camp, starving, classic Survivor stuff. The rice negotiations were actually kinda interesting with everyone playing chicken. And then it led to actual conflict. I miss the days of conflict.
