I know we haven't seen her use falsetto/headvoice but imo I don't think she has to. Her agility can really shine through in this song sprinkled with moments of power when Beyonce emphasizes certain words during the song. The "you" parts where beyonce uses headvoice Kim could maybe use short belts instead? Idk, I think she can make it her own. Omar - Show must go on. I know Joshua did a very good version but given that Omar is in the rock lane AND is theatric, I think this would fit him even more. It seems like the perfect song for him. Though some users may die from the corn if he does this. Bodie - Sweater weather. One of the few alternative rock songs that have been covered on the show. I feel like this would fit Bodie's voice, and from what we've seen of his prelive performances, he should be able to pull it off vocally. He could do a more traditional version or a rocker version, hell he could even add an rnb spin. We know he can sing pop, rnb and he has the sound for rock. A lot of directions he can take with this song. Devix - Blowers daughter. It's been a while since this song has been done, and Matt McAndrews cover of this song is one of the most emotional performances on the show. That said, I think Devix can pull this off vocally. It's a slow indie - ish song which seems to be his style. It would be cool to see a more emotional side to his voice, especially with the way he subtley alters songs and his husky, sweet tone, his belting can shine too. If he pulls off the vulnerability of the song it could be a defining performance for him. Parijita - Jolene The warmth of her tone and her beautiful clear high register can give a different spin to this song. Again, it's a matter of delivering the emotion that will be the challenge because I think she can definitely do it justice vocally. Honestly, I didn´t view it as a bus (I tried to be fair to everyone here), since I figured something Alyssa has definitely brought to the table so far is attitude and stage presence, and I figured she could make something out of it. They just released a new album less than a month ago, and there's material that could work for Devix, but it's a challenge.
