Wallace: It's great seeing Kane Brown finally getting a song in the Top 20 finals round, or maybe he has already and I forgot? This is a really nice collaboration from Kane and Lauren. Kane has a good deep voice, that I admit wasn't too fond of earlier on his career but I've gotten used to it. It's helped me appreciate this song more over the years. But yeah I like the contrast of his lower voice and Lauren's higher voice on the song. They have such different voices but it blends nicely here. I especially like how they sing the chorus. Kane sounds good there but Lauren does kinda overpower him there. I like all of those "what if" parts they sing and especially like that part where they sing "our last first kiss." 

 

Victoria: What a great duet and I am very happy that Lauren had a lot of success with this song.

 

Chris:  After attending school together and singing in choir together, Kane & Lauren collaborated on this song which would become Kane's first major hit & Lauren's second #1.  And their pre-existing connection certainly played a huge role in making this song a success - they knew that their voices would work together & their chemistry wouldn't be an issue with the song especially with the message.  Overall, this is an excellent song and I absolutely love how their voice sounds during the chorus. 

 

Steven: Lyrically this doesn't make sense as a duet, but they somehow make it work. Great collaboration between Kane and Lauren.

 

Gigi: I wanted to rank this a bit higher, but I feel that Kane's voice overpowers Lauren's, so it doesn't give me the vocal balance I would like to hear.

 

QK: One of the few songs I don't mind Kane on. I really like this song in general and I have heard both Kane and Lauren sing this individually live in concert I certainly prefered Lauren's version to his. But its a cool duet that I probably could have ranked a little higher but oh well. 

 

Akshar:  Ah, the song that robbed Kailey Abel in the Battles of The Voice. Honestly, this song SLAPS so hard. It's such a vibe and I really enjoy it. Kane's voice sounds great on this song and Lauren...is good too.

Ah I was thinking of what Diana's #18 could be and I was predicting it to be the Kane/Lauren duet so I'm glad to see I predicted that right in my head.  

 

 

Good spot for "What Ifs" making it to 7th. I'm glad to see Kane Brown having a song do so well here, although I'm sure that was mostly because of Lauren.  But a really good duet between them.

QK: Carly's first #1! While 29 has brought Carly a lot of love including ACM & CMA female artist of the year this song really started it all off. While The Album Every Little Thing isn't nearly as good of an album as a whole as 29 Written in Stone is this song is just as good or better than the vast majority of the songs on the album. It's a better song in my opinion than Next Girl which was the run away winner for for 2021. 

 

Diana:  I love Carly so much and this was her first song of hers I really ever heard and loved.

 

Victoria: Carly has such a beautiful voice and this was a really good song.

 

Wallace: So we have finally arrived to Carly Pearce's debut single of "Every Little Thing."  I can't really recall my familiarity with Carly and this song when she debut on the music scene. But this is a really pretty and emotional song. I do like how Carly sings and connects with this song in such a beautiful emotional way here. She takes her time with the song and provides really beautiful vocals here. Speaking of vocals, I like the range she showcases from the low notes, to some falsetto notes, higher notes and everything in between. 

 

Steven:  Good song from Carly. I like her delivery here.

 

Akshar:  Carly got a great voice and she tells the story of this song really well. I do like this song but I just prefer a lot of the Top 20 more. A very meaningful song though that people can relate to easily.

 

Chris:  Objectively speaking, this song should have been in my Top 10 but I am still very much bitter, and Carly had already won so I am fine with ranking it a bit lower to give us a different winner - if it does win, I will be fine as it's certainly a strong debut single from Carly. Anyway, this song is what introduced me to Carly Pearce & I became a fan of hers immediately due to her tone and how she was able to bring you in while singing the lyrics of the song. 

 

Gigi: I think everyone likes her more than I do.  This song isn't very exciting to me.  I like others of hers more.
