aliasocfan Posted May 21, 2020 Share Posted May 21, 2020 The Mountain Between Us This is yet another movie I have actually seen. Too bad it was massively underwhelming. It is even one of the first movies I saw with my Movie Pass (RIP Legend) This movie is somewhat impressive. It has Kate Winslet and Idris Elba as the leads and it still manages to disappoint. That is some great acting. Too bad the script was absolutely nothing to write home about. Let us get into the plot of the movie. They are strangers at the beginning. Some sort of plot device makes it so their flights are cancelled. They decide to go on some crappy little helicopter instead. It crashes. They need to survive on the mountain and get help. I guess they fall in love or something? I honestly do not remember. I don't even remember if both of them live to the end.
