What if Steve Harvey appeared on DWTS tonight and said there was a mistake with last week's elimination?  After all, Alfonso and Derek appeared to be shocked.  Plus, it was just the second elimination of this season.

This is just for laughs.

There's plenty of previous contestants I would play this game for.

She is not one of them.

I've been watching this show for quite a few seasons,  and I feel,  even though this may be a bit different than what we are used to,  but to be more fair to the contestants,  give them all 3 or 4 weeks to dance,  do a multiple elimination that week,  then return to the weekly elimination.  This way it would give all the contestants a bit more of a fair shake.  I just feel voting someone off week one is a bit harsh? Using harsh for lack of a better word.

Let me know what you think of this idea.

Just saw this now. I actually wouldn't mind this.

DWTS Ireland actually had everyone perform for the first 3 weeks until their first elimination this past season. So they had 3 chances to impress the public, which is really good. I think DWTS at least having 2 weeks of everyone dancing before an elimination is the best idea (which they have been doing a number of seasons). I wouldn't mind it for 3 weeks either.
