Based solely on their BAs, I´d say: 1. Girl Named Tom 2. Holly Forbes 3. Wendy Moten 4. Zae Romeo (I really liked this one, but he never lived up to it imo) 5. Carson Peters 6. Gymani 7. Kenzie Wheeler 8. Avery Roberson 9. BrittanyBree 10. Anna Grace 11. Aaron Hines If you wonder why BrittanyBree is so low, it was a matter of tone for me. I didn´t like it in her blind song, I thought it worked much better in her battle. And Carson´s audition was pretty good. Not sure if 4 chairs were warranted, as you could hear his voice being underdeveloped at times, but he could have swept Minivan had he kept doing what he did here. I think people like Gymani and Kenzie gave a stronger vocal in their blinds, but I keep coming back to Carson´s audition more. Misirlou Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 The 4 chair turns on S20 were quite unnasuming here on IDF except for Kenzie, by the way, as in, none of the other three (Avery, Zae and Anna) were really hyped as opposed to several 1/2/3 chair turns on the same season. There were certainly parts that i enjoyed it. And his tone was actually a pretty good fit for the song. FloorWax Posted February 8, 2022 Share Posted February 8, 2022 S21's 4-chairs were so much better than S20's. I feel like most of the best auditions that season were NOT 4-chair turns. Amazing 1. Wendy Moten - I preferred GNT's run overall, but goddamn, this audition. She pulled out all the stops. 2. Girl Named Tom - Excellent song choice that really lent itself to lush harmonies. Great first impression for them before getting to hear their solo vocals. Great 3. Gymani - Hella creative take on the song. This deserved all the pre-season hype and more. Good 4. BrittanyBree - Took a little time to really open up, but it was amazing once it got going. 5. Zae Romeo - Haven't seen it in a while but I remember it being good. Decent 6. Holly Forbes - This was ok, she did a lot vocally, but it just felt incoherent and slightly messy overall. 7. Aaron Hines - Decent. That's it lol. 8. Anna Grace - I didn't like this at all at first but Anna Grace's run has grown on me. 9. Avery Roberson - Vocally it wasn't really there, but the emotion was delivered well I guess. 10.
