TeamAudra Posted October 12, 2021 Share Posted October 12, 2021 Apparently, many pilots with 20+ years, making $400K+ per year, and don’t really need the job, have lots of sick time banked, and want to use it before November, when they will ultimately be let go for not getting the jab. The mandate was the straw that broke the camel’s back, but there are other issues as well. There are some news stories about it, but not the hysteria we’d see if we had a Republican Governor. There will probably be pressure going forward to bring back mask mandates, and such, but I don’t think our Democrat Governor is a big fan of it. It will only be tweets from conservatives. She’s on their radar, because she’s already been suspended once, for calling out an AP reporter who wrote that DeSantis is only promoting the Monoclonal Antibodies to enrich a donor.
