  2. Oooh I forgot to mention, that while I haven't really been ranking the queens this season for some reason, I'd probably be most happy with Jinkx winning. Jinkx hasn't competed on this show for such a long time but still delivered and had such an amazing run. Definitely would be a deserving winner. As for the others, I'll still be pleased. I have always been a big fan of Monet and Shea, so I would be personally happy seeing favorites of mine win. I do think Monet would be deserving of it. Although I'd probably rather not have Shea win as I fear the fan backlash could be strong and really against her (even though I think she deserved another win or 2 throughout the season). Trinity is the one I'm least invested in but there's no denying she's been a super strong competitor and deserving of making it to the Final 4. I would be the least excited of her winning but I would totally get and understand it.
  3. LMAO That stuck out to me too. I was thinking "Wasn't Chris the one thar advanced that dance through? "
  4. Those rankings for "Independence Day (reprise)" were to be pretty much expected. Probably has the most #1 rankings, then Top 5 rankings, then some middle rankings and then lots of low rankings. So yeah this was probably amongst the more polarizing performances in rankings. I'm just surprised (but glad) it didn't get more #20s, as I think I was expecting 3 there lol. That surprised me too.

  6. Christopher! Aww I would have liked "Crash and Burn" a little higher but this #13 ranking isn't too bad and kinda makes sense. Very enjoyable song from Thomas Rhett though DAHM is better so I'm glad that ranked higher. Although I don't really get a bro country feel from this song..... so I disagree with Akshar on that comment. LOL Gigi with the jokes though.
  7. 1 Jason Taylor & Edyta Sliwinska - "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off" (Foxtrot): 12 Marissa Jaret Winokur & Tony Dovolani - "Around the World" (Quickstep): 0 Cristián de la Fuente & Cheryl Burke - "Satellite" (Viennese Waltz): 7 Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas - "Midnight Tango" (Tango): 30 Jason Taylor & Edyta Sliwinska - "El Gato Montes" (Paso Doble): 10 Cristián de la Fuente & Cheryl Burke - "Sweetheart from Venezuela" (Samba): 11 Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas - "Nutbush City Limits" (Jive): 10 + Kristi & Mark Tango - Marissa & Tony Quickstep
  8. Hmm interesting. I'm kinda confused why they have to cut 3 dancers and then 1 for a 6 to 3 to 2 finale, when they could have gone the usual 6 to 4 to 2 format? Also wow the final 2 dancing 5 times each is a lot too.
  9. Problem (feat. Iggy Azalea) no tears left to cry
  10. Aww I wish "Fragile" was a bit higher but I also figured it would have showed up on this set, so at least it made it past the first set. Aww bummer I wished "Gasolina" was also higher too. That was such a fun and exciting routine. Lol I never thought of Benjelle regarding Demi & Jack, but I can totally get it with how their runs went. Fine with the rankings of the other routines. Agree with lots of the comments on the Jack/Vanessa Contemporary. I wish I could have ranked that higher but it just landed at 16th for me for some reason. LOL how did Amanda knock off her entire Bottom 8 with these reveals and have her whole Top 12 remaining?
  11. 1 Jason Taylor & Edyta Sliwinska - "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off" (Foxtrot): 12 Marissa Jaret Winokur & Tony Dovolani - "Around the World" (Quickstep): 1 Cristián de la Fuente & Cheryl Burke - "Satellite" (Viennese Waltz): 7 Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas - "Midnight Tango" (Tango): 29 Jason Taylor & Edyta Sliwinska - "El Gato Montes" (Paso Doble): 10 Cristián de la Fuente & Cheryl Burke - "Sweetheart from Venezuela" (Samba): 11 Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas - "Nutbush City Limits" (Jive): 10 + Kristi & Mark Tango - Cristian & Cheryl Viennese Waltz
  12. She can win with having the 20th place honor.
  13. Fun show! I'll post some thoughts! Allison and Benny - Samba: Oooh this was a really fun and hot routine to start off the show. Well I am sure Benny did okay/fine with this but Allison! She was a boss, beast and completely slayed and took my attention here. It was great seeing her have this moment and reallly shining at what she does best! She worked it! Benny did actually do well with the partnering and had good rhythm and performance skills, which made up for the lack of Latin technique. They did have fun and great chemistry here. And a fun song too! Aimee and Number Five - Jive: This was a reallly cute, fun and flirty Jive here. It was nice seeing this fun and playful side of this couple. Number Five had great technique, Jive kicks & flicks and partnered Aimee like the pro she is. Aimee rose to the challenge and had good technique and great performance skills. Fun and so well matched here. Eleven and Gi-Hun - Disco: Oooh yayy a Eurovision song I definitely have heard before a few times. I felt this was a routine they really needed to show a lighter and fun side of them. I appreciate something different of them and seeing them have fun. However, I don't know or think they fully embraced the fun campy style of Disco and yeah it's not really tailor made for them per se. The lifts were a bit... had me worried. A good effort from them, but I kinda wanted more with such a great song choice. Daphne & Berlin - Viennese Waltz: Ooh wow yay another song I know/have heard of. Maybe I know more Eurovision songs than I think. Never pictured a VW to this but ooo this was a really beautiful and stunning routine. It's kind of a challenge for them both but suits them both at the same time. Berlin did an excellent job partnering and leading Daphne. Daphne is such a graceful, elegant dancer and she really showcased that in this VW. I mean yeah you could say she doesn't have that proper ballroom technique but that's not to be expected. But her lines and technique was really stunning. They had lovely romantic and beautiful chemistry here. Really gorgeous. Sae-byeok and Charlie - Modern: Oooh. I wasn't quite expecting this song for a Modern style. Not totally loving the start of the song, i.e. the opening verse but I connected more as the dance progressed. I do like how this was quite a powerful and abstract type of Modern. Charlie had the technique and performance and he danced this fantastically. Sae-Byeok did have some limitations in technique but I love and appreciate how she really threw herself into this routine and did not hold back. Lots of lifts and great side by side dancing and strong connection. Really good dance. Nairobi and Simon - Jazz: Oooh very interesting start to this song. But this was a really fun and entertraining routine. It was nice seeing this quirky and out of the box side of them and something totally different. I thought they performed this well and had great chemistry here. I do think Simon coped better with the technique and difficulty of the dance. Nairobi may have struggled a bit but she did still dance it well and gave it her all. Beth and Nick - Lyrical Hip-Hop: Oooh yayy another song I know and this one I'm really familiar with/heard and love from hearing it on the radio here (though I'm more familiar with the solo original version). It was nice seeing this softer and emotional side of Beth and Nick. I thought they did well dancing the lyrical side of this and they handled the hip-hop content well. I did feel like Nick shone more on the lyrical side and Beth shone more on the hip-hop sections, but they had great performance skills, connection and chemistry here. Another really good dance from them! Starfire and Daddy Nick - Paso Doble: Oooh a powerful and reallly challenging routine from Starfire and Daddy Nick. Technically speaking, it wasn't quite the best and it did leave me wanting more. But they really did perform the dance with lots of angst, power and attitude. So they captured the characters and really put on a show. I liked the mix of intensity and passion they had in how they performed. Chloe and Beast Boy - Hip-Hop/Breakdance: Oooh wow a hip-hop/breakdance routine? Wow this is a dream for Beast Boy. And yeah he definitely shone and proved why he's here and deserves to be here. He was really in his element and delivered some outstanding and entertaining breakdance. This was quite a challenge for Chloe. She handled the hip-hop dancing well and brought a great deal of hotness to it. Her breakdancing wasn't quite at Beast Boy's level but I give her lots of credit for attempting and giving it her best. This was such a fun and entertaining routine to close out the show! Rankings: 1. Allison and Benny - Samba 2. Daphne & Berlin - Viennese Waltz 3. Sae-byeok and Charlie - Modern 4. Chloe and Beast Boy - Hip-Hop/Breakdance 5. Beth and Nick - Lyrical Hip-Hop 6. Aimee and Number Five - Jive 7. Nairobi and Simon - Jazz 8. Starfire and Daddy Nick - Paso Doble 9. Eleven and Gi-Hun - Disco A great and strong show here! Although yeah these rankings were super hard to figure out but I tried my best.
  14. Debi Mazar Debi Mazar is an actress, who competed on the 9th season of Dancing with the Stars, where she was partnered with Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Debi was alright but kinda forgettable on the show. She also kinda disappointed me personality-wise on the show because I know she's quite a strong no-nonsense kind of person (or at least what I know from her) and I was kinda hoping she would be someone to let Maks have it and banter off with him but that didn't really happen. But Debi did show a more vulnerable side to her, which I could appreciate. Her dances overall were a mixed bag. On Week 1, she danced a Salsa to "Complicación" that scored a 16, which wasn't really good. She earned 6 points and came in 3rd in the Foxtrot relay, and this was a better dance from her. I agreed with her placement there. On Week 2, she had her best dance with a Tango to "El Tango de Roxanne," which scored a 21. Not one of the very best dances to that song but this was a good Tango and easily her best dance. But then on Week 3, she danced a Samba to "Love Is in the Air," which scored a 17 and I thought this was simply not a good dance. Debi was eliminated after this dance. You could make a case that she should have lasted longer, as she showed good potential in ballroom. I wouldn't have minded her lasting a little longer but I was also okay with she left.
  15. LMAO Yeah I was thinking.... that isn't going to help Carrie out any better.
  16. 3 Jason Taylor & Edyta Sliwinska - "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off" (Foxtrot): 12 Marissa Jaret Winokur & Tony Dovolani - "Around the World" (Quickstep): 2 Cristián de la Fuente & Cheryl Burke - "Satellite" (Viennese Waltz): 9 Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas - "Midnight Tango" (Tango): 26 Jason Taylor & Edyta Sliwinska - "El Gato Montes" (Paso Doble): 10 Cristián de la Fuente & Cheryl Burke - "Sweetheart from Venezuela" (Samba): 11 Kristi Yamaguchi & Mark Ballas - "Nutbush City Limits" (Jive): 10 + Kristi & Mark Tango - Cristian & Cheryl Viennese Waltz
  17. Sent in my rankings & comments! Really like or love most of these songs in this Top 20! And surprisingly, I had an easier than usual time ranking these.
  18. Oooh wow at the 3 stars twist for this final challenge. Definitely not surprised with the show changing up its rules for the last challenge. I don't mind it too much as it did help out both Monet and Shea. But I get the comments of it being unfair. I thought everyone had really good to really strong/fantastic talent shows, so think everyone should be proud of themselves. Also I shouldn't be too surprised about there being two lip sync challenges next week's episode either. Definitely going to be looking forward to what everyone can bring here.

  21. Hmmm not totally surprised about Kelsea's "Love You Like You Mean It" showing up. Kelsea won twice here and the target was always going to be on her back. Lol I do love Tom's comment regarding "Biscuits" though. The Carrie/Kelsea fan wars are kinda fun and interesting to watch in this game, as I'm one of the few not involved in it and want to see them both succeed here. But I know some people aren't really crazy about this song nor have it as a favorite of Kelsea's either.
  22. Lmaoo yeah this is true. I'm just grasping at straws. #bless at this. Hopefully Taylor can win and can save Michael/Brittany... and then something unexpected can happen? Though I won't get my hopes up but this is kinda fun to see.
  23. Yeahh I think that too, as that's what I usually read that. Hopefully things can get interesting when the same targets go, I guess? lol.
