Looks like some Voice Alums are getting good edits this season. Maybe Marybeth will have better songs as well, since a lot of her song choices on The Voice weren’t the best.

Agree 100%. Her Blind Audition was one of the best that season as well, and I don’t think she had any bad performances. She did a good job with a bunch of challenging songs, and I’m sure she would have made at least Semis if she stayed. I’m glad she has done well post-show, and she has had a lot of experience performing live even before her season, even as young as she was when she was on the show. I preferred her run over so many teenagers that made Top 12/13 during their seasons, including some finalists.

Ross is a country male and Neil is folk-ish from what I know.

I think they’re just competing with the rest of their team at that point.

Manny should have gotten stolen for sure, especially since his audition was in my Top 3 of that season.

I remember liking a lot of contestants that made playoffs that season. There were a few contestants that made Lives though that I didn’t like (Red, Shi’Ann, Ashland). I honestly have no idea who I would have picked Emily over. For Team Miley, I would have picked Brooke, Janice and Moriah (Moriah was one of my favorite contestants that season). Put Karli on Team Blake and Emily on Team Jennifer (or Vice versa) and we’d be all set.

I don’t watch Idol, but I’m interested to hear how they do

I guess it’s safe to assume that the playoff pass battles will have at least 1 person make the T13.

I agree with this. My personal Top 3 are Sundance, Cassadee and Cam, and I think it’s obvious which one of them is my Number 1.

While we’re on the topic of Tanner Gomes, it looks like Kelly eliminated Marcos Corvos in the Knockouts this season.

Kelly Clarkson is hosting the NFL Awards tonight.

I have a feeling he will close the premiere at this point (similar to Wendy). They could air a 4 chair turn that makes playoffs on their original team earlier in the episode.

On a side note, good for every Playoff Pass opponent for winning their Knockouts.

Maybe Blake winning with NOIVAS is the narrative they want to push, so maybe they moved Neil to a different team because they wanted Noivas to win. Also, I don’t remember a season where Blake stole a 4 chair turn and advanced them to lives, while letting go of a different 4 chair turn. Based on the feedback, NOIVAS definitely has snowflake potential for me this season.

They are acting like an obscure artist that has never had a hit won but it turns out the artist was popular before they were even born. Their parents will know who she is.

I don’t know the spoilers though, I just assumed based on all past seasons. I don’t remember a season where less than 3 Four Chair Turns made Lives (and Season 1 doesn’t count because 2/2 made Lives)
