Ray is basic, dull and boring. He's not a bad singer, but everyone KNEW Chance was gonna choose him. And I hate to bring race into it but like... yeah lol. It was pretty obvious imo and I haven't even watched a lot this season. I totally understand Chance having his faves and bias, I think we'd all be the same, but it's sad that if it was vice versa re: the race issue then people would be going MAD over his decision.

Such a shame that she didn't advance, I reckon if there had been another person going through it would've been her (Blake's choice or the public's). Watched her performance and it was really nice! I think maybe she didn't need to do as much with the song as she did though, because her tone is just so pretty and beautiful enough anyway. Still she sounded really good and deserved to make it through imo.

I just don't know if it really goes along with the theme of "The Voice"? Like I get wanting to make a performance entertaining and exciting to watch, I love when contestants do that personally but with him to me it just felt really forced/unnatural and it just made me cringe.
