I'm pretty sure the coaches consult each other beforehand when it comes to "exchanging" contestants for the saves. We talked about that before. Looks like John offered Kelly both possibilities: Preston or Max. John got Alex

Preston was eliminated in the KOs. I don't remember Kelly saving him... I don't remember anybody saving him.

Wouldn't be shocked. Lately the power of Blake's army is most formidable in the early voting rounds. Last year they tried hardest, with 3 in the finals, but still couldn't give Blake a win. Maybe they'll succeed this season with 2. That's what I thought. The only explanation I can come up with is that enough of his fans didn't realize it wasn't a twitter save. Wasn't Gracee leading the non-votes on twitter?

It's possible Blake will have both Ricky and Kat in the top 4 no matter what. We've seen that movie before. I would've bet on Ricky over Kat, but looks like it'll be the other way around.

I didn't watch his bts clips on the show for his performances, so could be totally off, but is it possible the arrangements (that didn't work I'm sorry to say) were Gwen's genius contribution?

ngl, I'm a bit surprised she's more popular than Katie and the Hoot, but looks like she's their biggest threat indeed and might even win the whole thing. Would be a shocker to me if she beats either one, bc I was sure Minivan was all about Katie and Hoot for the ultimate prize, with Kat 3rd, but she's TB, and he's due for a win. If the army's determined she must win, anything's possible.

That makes his CS decision even more puzzling then. Unless his "strategy" was fodder

Wow this is surprising and a bit scary as well, but we're 100% in agreement this season. :o Joana became my top girl late in the game. Ricky D was excellent at first, slipped a bit after that but there's a lot of potential there. As for Max, haven't been this impressed with a male contestant in his genre since S7. Noah and Hunter were very popular, fine and all, but I never shared people's passion for them for some reason. Max is a different beast altogether.

What they gave Jake was one of the most obvious bussing in Voice history, and that had a lot of competition. :fear:
