Tmp 12 Posted March 28 Share Posted March 28 I'm curious what songs or artists would you guys give/recommend for her(let's pretend she makes it to the finale) I know she's more drawn to the modern indie and folk music like Noah kahan,Lizzie Mcalpine,Clairo,Hozier,etc. But, personally I'd love her to take on some older ones like Fleetwood Mac,Emmylou Harris,Joni Mitchell. Also I really hear a lot of Lizzy McAlpine and Phoebe Bridgers. Her tone and vocal styling sounds similar to Lizzy imo, especially with her runs and headvoice. But with the delivery, emotion and phrasing of Phoebe, If that makes sense. Or maybe I'm off, those are the only 2 indie singers I've listened to consistently for the past year lol.
