I could guess John Holiday from S19. I think he was part of some opera company prior to The Voice.

By the way, one thing I noticed while at Instagram is that Jack Rogan from The Voice S21 has been following some of this season’s contestants and possible contestants. This means he might have auditioned for this season’s American Idol as well. If he did, I can’t wait to watch him on the show! (but sadly, he might not have made it to the Showcase Round, should he have auditioned. )

I actually met Chloé Hogan from Season 19 in October of last year. I was performing for the Special Olympics, and I got the chance to meet and know her after my set. I performed during the cocktail hour in the VIP section while she performed at the main event later that night.

I actually know of Tyson Venegas, because he was also in an episode of Little Big Shots (US) Season 3 as a singing sensation, where he performed the song “Superstition”. He also can be seen in the promo photo for that season of Little Big Shots.

Elijah McCormick, we know is one so far.

By the way, I remember that a friend of mine from college told me that Season 15 was the last season of The Voice that he’s watched, when DeAndre Nico was on. I convinced him to start watching the show again, because some of our college friends and I happen to know somebody whose brother was a finalist in Season 22.

They usually archive a lot of The Voice performances after 2 years of it being uploaded to YouTube.

@MisirlouI think he’s the 4th person to break the Instant Save Curse. Chris Jamison (S7) and Joshua Davis (S8) both wound up in the Instant Save at some point in the Live Shows in their respective seasons (Chris Jamison in Week 4/Top 8 Quarterfinals and Joshua Davis in Week 3/Top 10), but after each won the Instant Save there, they both managed to make it to the finals and placed third in their respective seasons.

@thevoiceisthetop Ansley Burns, semi-finalist in AGT Season 14 (she was eliminated in Judges’ Cuts, but went through to the Live Shows as a wildcard). Peyton Aldridge and Sasha Hurtado were on American Idol Season 18, where they finished in the Hollywood Rounds. The Voice Season 22’s champ Bryce Leatherwood I think was also on that season of American Idol, and I think he finished in the Hollywood Rounds if so. Btw, Jordan Smith placed 3rd in the American Song Contest, and Loren Allred placed 9th in Britain’s Got Talent Series 15. Also, I found out that Wé McDonald, Rebecca Brunner, Marybeth Byrd, Megan Danielle, Samuel Harness, and Janora Brown are all gonna be on American Idol Season 21. Presley Tennant and Michael Williams might be going on that season as well.

Jayna Elise Brown!!! She was a semi-finalist on AGT S11 (she was guest judge Louis Tomlinson’s Golden Buzzer act in the fourth and final week of Judges’ Cuts), AND she was also a Kidz Bop Kid in the 2014 Dream Big, Sing Loud Tour and in the album Kidz Bop 26!

It’s gotta be sometime during this week, idk. But I’m keeping my eyes peeled for it nevertheless!!

Hey, guys! I was having this conversation with one of my close college friends yesterday, and I remember he told me that he actually watched Season 20 of this show, and that he actually liked the Top 11 round that season. I also remember him talking to me about a contestant that performed “Lilac Wine” (he even sang to me just a line from it to help me remember!) and did a run somewhere in that performance. Even though I totally forgot Jay performed this song because I usually have trouble remembering things that happened in American Idol (unless it has to do with my favorite contestants), I decided that I’m now tying my decision with Jay’s and Noah’s performances.

A couple more I can think of: Lyndsey Elm and Krista Hughes in Season 9. Krista lost her battle to another 4-chair artist who ended up eliminated in the next round himself, and Lyndsey lost her battle to a 14 (turning 15)-year-old 2-chair artist who made it to the Top 9 that season.

That’s right. Another one I can think of is BrittanyBree, also from Season 21. She, at first, was said to be Kelly’s steal in the Knockouts and still had made it to the Live Shows. Unfortunately, the TV showed that Katie Rae was actually Kelly’s knockout steal, and therefore, BrittanyBree was eliminated in the Knockouts to a 3-chair artist.

Another one is my favorite artist Avery Roberson from Season 20. I LOVED his blind audition and thought he had gone through to the Live Shows that season, but I found out he was stolen in the battles and was therefore eliminated to another 4-chair artist in the Knockouts.
