Don't care for the song choice at all and not his best. But Will was solid here.. better than all the ladies.

That's it? Felt shorter than any performance so far. That was alright I guess. It's safe to say though that upbeat performances for the female contestants is not their strong suit.. The males will probably outperform them in that regard.

Even though it's hit and miss for me, No denying that of the remaining contestants, Abi has taken the most risks out of anyone vocally

I much prefer Abi on ballads tbh.. This wasn't half bad, some of the "on fire" notes were excellent. But most of the time I just don't like her tone when she's trying to power through a note. It's thin and hollow to me.

Man, this entire performance was off. Even her headvoice which is usually pretty solid. I really wanna like Julia man, cause she has all the tools... But it's the lack of control for me, and this is the worst it's been.

Damn Julia didn't even know the guitarist of B52 after praising them. Fake fan!!! J/

Interesting Jack was in an alt rock band. He has the chops but his whole vibe is totally different.

Overrated? I didn't even know people had Jake on their radar or particularly cared for any of his performances before his KO tbh. I know I didn't. Also, funnily enough Desz's high notes to end the song are my least favourite part of her performance tonally, even though it was really well done. I cant put into words why either, since I really liked her belting in every other performance

1. Both excellent performances, i dont know if anyone got the same vibe, but Asher's version felt like "unbreak my heart, or else" while Desz was more of a pleading, which is more in line with the original meaning of the song. In the end, very slight edge for Desz. Since I felt like every vocal choice served the song. But I do think Asher's was more of a vocal moment. 2. Noah Spencer Kyle was solid, but it was a rather tame, unemotional version that lacked oomph, which this song kinda needs. Noah's raw voice and delivery just expresses the particular emotion of this song better imo. 3. Jake Hoot Jake just gave a more clean, precise vocal all around tbh. Meanwhile, the Josh and Donny battle, while a perfectly fine vocal, felt like pops singing with his less experienced son..

Yeah the band doesn't suck... They have to learn tons of songs on the fly, and it's subject to change or rearrangement at any point by contestants. They are excellent musicians, if anything.
