I actually like his tone. He has a cool voice. His battle was really good and even his blind had decent moments. I like what he did with the chorus (the runs fit pretty well) even if the music and sound design kinda overshadowed his voice a bit. But I don't really blame the reaction. Alyssa gave arguably the best performance of the night alongside Karen.

They were passable, but gave by far their weakest performances, hugely disappointing. Even Jackie, Zoe and the twins outperformed them imo.

Asher. L. Rodgers is a close 2nd, but Asher gets the edge cause he has 3 killer performances over 2. I'd pick Asher, L. Rodgers and Josh to advance. I like Jackie but it's a case of liking her voice more than her actual performances for me and it's mostly to do with song choice. And honestly, I think Josh may be the better vocalist of the two. He's shown more power, breath control and dynamics imo

I think Ducotte gave a better performance tonight than everyone but Alyssa and Karen. Jackie, Zoe and the garcia twins were all on the same level for me tbh. Just alright.

The rasp in those high belts though, also loved how she sort of flipped between the clean and raspy belts. Both sounded great. Who is that?

the meltdown over Alyssa wasn't as bad as I expected. I think we are literally numb to Chance's decision making at this point.

This is mostly what has made this season entertaining. But the performance quality has been meh for a while now other than the battle rounds and 1 KO episode. It's way below the standard of this show tbh, at this point I'm just here for a select few contestants. Anything else is just the smidge of hope someone steps up.

Would have taken Ajii, Odell and Quintavious over Nya tonight. And if we're talking overall body of work.. I would have taken them over Jayna too (though Jayna killed it tonight) That being said, none of these folks should have been in the bottom at the end of the day.

You arent wrong, but I dont think most of us forget. It's just not high on our priority list compared to actual performance quality.

AI cleared The Voice today. Much better performances, despite TV being a taped round

Odell was in my top 3 favorites so sucks to see him go. At least Roman and McKenna made it.. though I suspect Roman will be in danger next week

It hasn't been done that much on TV.. love on the brain is a way more egregious song choice, and a few others performed today have been covered more.

It has mostly to do with genre imo. Pop and country are at the top when it comes to most popular genres in America

Also can't wait to see Clark's reaction to Odell's elimination. He's not gonna be happy bout that.

Idk this night has been a massive disappointment to me soooo. I don't think every showstopper is a massive vocal though, but usually with TV there is a couple per ep. Esp knockouts.

Joshua ledets version is one of the best AI performances of all time (and honestly one of the best renditions I've heard) Hard to top.

This is a cute version, it was decent. I don't really think it stands out though, even just talking tonight.

This is what should happen.

Roman is never not entertaining. Some.. unique vocal choices but vocally he was one of the best of the night.

I can't figure out Jackie. Her voice is so interesting, and she has pipes. But I'm not sure what "powerhouse" type songs id give her. This was decent. Didn't blow the roof off the house or anything.

Roman gave the 2nd best performance last night. This show is so unserious sometimes. Unfortunately not shocking.

Ya'll gave Ray Uriel crap when he won his KO. But at least he was about on par with his opponent, this one wasn't even close to be honest.
