The judges seem to love her though which is why I think they’d save her over Jayna. Only for her to go home again next week.

Are we getting wildcards this season or is it all votes? If we are getting wildcards… 1. Quintavious (Odell and Roman are just too similar to him and he’s clearly the weakest of the three IMO.) 2. Jennifer (she’s just too green right now.) 3. Jayna (I thought she was pretty bad tonight and I don’t see the judges saving her when Nya is right there.) 4. Mackenzie (he sounded pretty rough too.) 5. Kennedy (she might be a wildcard pick but I think the judges would go with Mia over her.) 6. Jordan (I could see him MAYBE getting wildcard spot but I’m gonna say he’s a goner as of now. UNLESS Jack doesn’t get voted in and then I could see Jordan getting the WC over him.) If it’s strictly votes… 1. Quintavious 2. Jennifer 3. Jayna 4. Mackenzie 5. Jordan 6. Nya

Triston’s numbers on Facebook are huge. He was over 6k likes when I last checked. KB and a few others are putting up great numbers too but Triston is almost double hers. He’s gonna win unless people get sick of him later on, which I don’t see happening. Also, what’s the tea that IdolManiac had to spill lol? I’m curious if it was the Kennedy thing or something else.

Hailey looked STRESSED this entire episode lol. After hearing that mess Jayna crapped out tonight, I think I would’ve rather had Hailey in her spot.

In the sense that…

It’s just that I don’t think anyone ever would’ve expected Kennedy to even be in the conversation about making the Top 10 until last week. I like that she’s getting a growth arc, even taking off her wig and toning down the makeup this week.

This is like that “How do you turn up missing?” scene from Scary Movie 3 lol. I guess a better word for it would be if anyone in the Top 10 is an upset, it will be Kennedy. She could take a spot from someone we originally thought was gonna make it. Kinda like when Ava Maybee randomly got voted into the Top 10.

If anyone gets shockingly voted into the Top 10, I think it’ll be Kennedy.

I’m personally sticking with my guns and saying Lady Gaga lol. She’s become much more minivan friendly after A Star Is Born. She’s a well-known name but I don’t think she’d ask for as much money as Katy Perry or even what J-Lo’s deluded self would ask.

I think McKenna will have a little moment with “Both Sides Now.” It’s a perfect song for her and minivan/grannies are sure to love it.

McKenna’s performance should be beautiful. Kennedy could possibly slip into the Top 10 with this song choice. I’m not gonna count her out until I hear the performance. KB is being smart singing “Girl I Am Now.”

Imagine if Kennedy sang “Does He Love You” by Reba McEntire? “Dooooeeesss he love you like he loves me? Does he think of you when he’s holding meeee?”

But what if she totally flipped it and made it her own like she did with Beautiful Things? lol I’m just kidding. I don’t know any of the song choices.

Emmy Russel sang “Karma” by Jojo Siwa. She said she relates to the message of the song.

Two big reasons she made it so far on The Voice is that she was on Kelly’s team and was only 14 at the time.

Funny how no one would’ve ever guessed Blake would be eliminated at the Top 24 based on his audition. He really crashed and burned. Not even being a cute white boy from the south could save him. Elleigh was never gonna get anyone to take her seriously singing “Forget You.” Someone should’ve talked her out of that, but I don’t guess the producers liked her enough to care. She did have a good voice and could’ve been our own discount version of Louisa Johnson if she’d have picked better songs. Hailey is another one that nobody expected to get eliminated so soon pre-show, but once we saw her cannon fodder edit, I knew she was in some trouble. I thought she would make the Top 20 at least but she came across as a pretty young girl singing a generic pop song in Hawaii, and those types rarely get far. Her voice should’ve kept around her longer but America didn’t connect with her. K-Blocks was… something. Certainly entertaining but the judges always tell people “You’re talented but it’s not right for American Idol” and she definitely wasn’t right for this show. Her spot should’ve gone to someone else like Scarlett Lee or Justice Murphy, or even Ziggy. He was odd but at least he could sing.

I think they want Emmy in the finale more than anybody right now.

She was never gonna go far because of her personality alone, but had she stuck more to the Amy Winehouse type of stuff, she maybe could’ve survived another round. Great analysis.

Ah okay. “Welcome to the Black Parade” is the only other song I can think of that someone unfamiliar with them might recognize.

One of their more mainstream songs is Sing. You’ve probably heard it before because they used to use it a lot for singing shows lol. Sing it out for the ones that'll hate your guts Sing it for the deaf, sing it for the blind Sing about everyone that you left behind

The Top 20 to Top 10 cut should be interesting.

Blake is the biggest bomb I can remember in a long time. He got shown on the premiere and got a great edit, seemed to be a potential winner, and then we discovered he really can’t sing lol. Hailey and Elleigh were victims of their non-existent edits but their song choices didn’t help matters either. KBlocks was KBlocks. I’ll miss her.

Blake really crashed and burned. Funny how some of us were calling him the winner from the premiere.

We’ve been blessed this season. Kennedy, KBlocks, and that girl in Hollywood Week who asked Luke if his voice was okay.
