Jealous of your four day weekend. I will definitely have them both done by tomorrow around lunchtime my time. I just also want to go to sleep soon and I get a bit of time tomorrow when I pull out all my reagents and then waiting for them to thaw. LOL. (I'm also pretty sure that the number of people in my work is going to be low tomorrow so I'll need something to entertain myself for at least the morning).

i'm like very nearly done with my write-ups. When you say 12/21 do you mean like midnight EST (so two hours) or do you mean that I can finish up my last write-ups at work tomorrow? LOL.

Haunter Ugh, I thought Haunter would win I swear. If I'd known that it was going up against Gyarados I wouldn't have nominated it. As I said, my intention truly was to get every single one of my battles to end up as a win and therefore I'd have to do no write-ups as I plan on spending the week between Christmas and New Year's on my couch in the dark depressed and never changing out of my pajamas and certainly not looking at a computer unless it was to Zoom the family that I'm not getting to see and also I'd get a badge. Unfortunately for poor Haunter it did not pan out that way. This may be a hot take but I think out of the Gastly line Haunter has my favorite design and that design certainly lent itself to a truly great episode of the Anime. Because look at this goofy sh*t: Haunter is by far the best Pokemon Ash has ever had and thankfully spared itself from a life of being embarrassed by Ash's complete ineptitude by being given to the exceedingly cool Sabrina. I mean Ash was destroyed by Sabrina and never actually battled her because Haunter made her laugh. Anyway, Haunter is a ghost/poison type which means that despite being one of the only Pokemon in Gen I that actually had a single move that made it good against Psychic types (Lick) (competitive balance was waaaaaaaay off in Gen I) it is weak to psychic! And doubly worse is that there was a bug in Gen I that actually wrote Ghost as weak to Psychic so it took 4x damage to Psychic types! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. Anyway, ghost pokemon got better and got more moves in later Gens so Haunter is viable and not just cool.
