Tickets to the first week of the US Open [the day sessions, at least] are so much more expensive than the first week of last year's tourney...

So, not only are we 23.5 games out of First Place and were sellers at the Trading Deadline, but we just got SWEPT by the first-place Braves in a doubleheader, with one of the games having a scoreline of 21-3. Oh, and we're a half-game away from last place in the NL East. I must be living in bizarro world right now.

Another GS Final, another "L"... #welp I wasn't expecting Ons to lose today, but she just made way too many unforced errors and conceded too many break points... The US Open is over a month away, but this frustration is going to make it feel like a long time.

Congratulations to Vlad Jr on getting his long-awaited HR Derby Title. I'm just glad that Julio Rodriguez didn't win. Nothing against him; he defeated Pete Alonso fair-and-square (and I'm sure that J-Rod a class act), but the amount of fans who were over-the-moon to see Alonso fail, just simply rubbed me the wrong way. #sour

Tomorrow would be Day 4 of Wimbledon. There are STILL several first-round matches that have yet to be played lol.

Nakashima CHOKED! And Coco got prematurely eliminated by Kenin I'm happy for Mmoh, but I'm a little bit concerned for FAA; it just hasn't been his year... Ons Jabeur begins her quest to return to the Wimbledon Final tomorrow; hopefully she can lift the Trophy this time.

After watching that atrocity, it's time that the Mets make a few coaching changes (and maybe some roster changes). We blew a three-run lead on three consecutive nights and lost ALL three games. A team with Scherzer, Verlander, Alonso, Lindor, McNeil, and Marte are now 8.5 games out of First Place. That's not okay. This cannot go unpunished.
