Flop song choices there

S13>>>>>>>>>>>Covid Seasons>S16 while s16 was annoying with the lack of team quotas with a country heavy season, there was still voting the entire season. The covid seasons were too predictable with 1 PV per team. For this season, an artist could have technically placed 6th without receiving a PV once and was just brought there by their coach. looking back S16 could have potential but the covid seasons and especially this seasons format should never been done again.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they did this format so that minivan would be forced to pick one team Blake finalist to prevent vote splitting in the finale giving them a final win for Blake but that backfired
-
Depends if it’s the same one vote rule or multiple votes

An overnight and multiple artist vote would have been more predictable imo. I don’t think we would’ve gotten the surprises we got and would give artists less of a chance for a leap of faith to get in.
-
They usually mix throughout the show though. There’s usually a weak performance later in the show so that people tune in for the whole episode instead of just watching the second hour. Example: last season they had Omar early (who had one of the best performances of the night) and Eric late (who had the worst of the night). I wouldn’t say going early = weaker performance. Jeffery austin also performed early in the semifinals and was the second highest charting of the night.
-
It has to be the format of this season.
-
So then last week D. Smooth had the weakest performance and Ryley had the strongest? I agree they usually try to put the best for last but the show as a whole is balanced out so it’s the worst at the beginning that slowly gets better throughout the night.

First 3 spots went home. This format was so unfair.
-
I went in expecting surprises but Ryley and Holly both going home???
-
I just want to hear holly for another week
-
The expected here seems to be Holly and NOIVAS being the next two but I have no clue what’s going to happen. Could see Ryley or Sorelle sneaking in either spots.
-
This skews heavily in favor of those that performed late. just have it open until the end of Chances performances for them to vote for the closer.
-
Why couldn’t we just do voting throughout the whole show
-
Want: Holly, Grace, Gina, Ryley, D. Smooth Think Will: Holly, Grace, Ryley, NOIVAS, Gina
-
We finally have two female country singers rather than male so let’s just enjoy both of them!
-
She sounds really good here
-
The IS save window only leaves about 2-3 minutes for that
-
Google trends don’t necessarily translate to votes. It could be but I wouldn’t rely on it too much.
-
We have 30 minutes left yet we’re doing only 5 minute voting window????
-
my personal preferences/ranking for the night 1. Holly 2. D. Smooth 3. Gina 4. Sorelle 5. Ryley 6. NOIVAS 7. Ray
-
Since this is our first live show, we have no clue how voting trends actually will go for this group. I’m betting on one surprise (basically any combo of 5 that includes grace and doesn’t include Ray)
