S17: Rose

S18: None of my top faves made the finale but I really wanted to see a Toneisha/Thunderstorm win out of the finalists.

16) Maelyn 100%. Dexter would be second; I'm sorry he was so underrated. He was the best country singer that season. Andrew 3rd, Gyth 4th.

 

17) Rose Short was one of my biggest snowflakes. That's my girl right there. Ricky would be 2nd; he is an incredible musician, and I have a VERY soft spot for rock artists on this show. Plus, I loved his song choices. Jake was 3rd, Katie 4th.

 

18) Toneisha Harris - an incredible voice, just astonishingly good. 2nd place would be Micah Iverson. I know, controversial - but I enjoyed all of his performances and thought his tone was so beautiful. His artistry in his rearrangements was underrated, too; "Graveyard" will forever be an all-time favorite. Then CammWess 3rd, then Thunderstorm 4th, then Todd 5th. But I actually liked everyone from this season's finale.

S16: Maelyn. That's it, I rest my case.

S17: Tbh, if they'd flipped the order people finished in the finale, it'd have been perfect (so Rose, Katie, Ricky, Jake). 

S18: I loved Todd's run on the show, but there's something about Thunderstorm that just screamed "winner" from day one even without TPTB getting involved to push him. I agreed with the top 3 but I would've personally switched T-storm and Todd; I liked CammWess and Micah up until their finale covers.

Thunderstorm Artis - Honestly one of the best ever. He was robbed Period. He was the only one who saved that ear-bleeding season for me by his OUTSTANDING performances.
