Hoopa Hoopa wasn't my first choice to cut but I didn't want to cut anybody's favorites which left a smaller list than I would have liked. Hoopa is a mythical Pokemon from Gen VI and as you may guess from its appearance it has psychic/ghost typing. It has a confined and an unbound form and as you may imagine its unbound form is slightly more powerful than its confined form boosting its base 600 to 680 by boosting its already potent 150 special attack to 170 and its 110 attack stat to 160 (and then boosting a 70 speed to 80 speed) and it loses the ghost typing for a dark typing instead making it pack quite a punch but also dooming it to bug and fairy types. Hoopa got a pretty substantial role in the anime making it a little more beloved than a lot of post-Celebi legendary Pokemon. But out from the rankdown it goes. Saving: Dragonite
