I wouldn't recommend AS3 on my worst enemies.

I don't believe so. Even if there was another winner who received four #1s, there were more rankers in the other rankdowns. Having 75% of your rankings be at #1 is pretty unheard of. Beats Katya having 50% of her rankings be at #1 last year.
