I thought this too but I think it would be ok for two reasons. 1. He couldn't tell ABC he was doing it anyway. If they give him flack he can just say "I wasn't allowed to tell anyone!" lol 2. Carrie Ann is a full time co-host on The Talk on CBS now. If she can host a daily talk show every day on a rival network (even when DWTS was airing at the same time!) then Tom should be able to sing as a Taco on a rival network during the off-season lol.
