Looking back at this, wow... Sawyer was pimped hard.

 

1. I think Jake's Heaven and Sawyer's A Thousand Years are very underrated. Billy, Chris, Hannah, and Brooke were incredible. Tessanne was Fantastic. Jordan was out of this world.

 

2. I'ma go with Sawyer here. Old Man is one of my absolute fav performances from him. Alisan and Chris were incredible as well. I liked Brynn too.

2. Jacquie > Sawyer > Wé > Alisan

SF: Tessanne (This was a moment to me as this was when I got to see Tessanne really at her best, but Jordan was a very close second with Brooke as an HM)

 

F: Alisan, nuff said. Also thought Wé and Emily KILLED their performances as well

1. Brooke Simpson. Also loved Tessanne, Jordan, Hannah, Sawyer, Aliyah, Britton, and Billy's as well.

2. Alisan Porter. We, Matt, Chris, Sawyer, Emily, Jacquie, and Josh slayed theirs as well. Chloe did great with hers as well but still an odd song choice.

Hannah’s When A Man Loves A Woman is incredibly underrated. I didn’t realize how many amazing performances closed the semifinals in this era. Hannah, Jordan, Brooke, Billy, (even Aliyah).

 

The finale isn’t as strong but still a lot of strong ones.
