MAY

Scotty McCreery 1d ·

I am sad to announce today that we are postponing our UK and Ireland shows, scheduled for October 2020, to May 2021 due to an abundance of caution surrounding the ongoing global pandemic and government measures implemented to limit its spread. The band and I have been looking forward all year to coming back to England as well as visiting Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland for the first time, but our fans safety is our first priority...Ticketholders are advised to keep hold of their tickets as they will be valid for the new rescheduled dates with limited tickets still available for shows in Manchester, London, Glasgow, and Dublin; (the Belfast date is sold out). The new dates are in the graphic below...Stay safe everyone. I cannot wait to come back over there.

fyi--HEB is a huge Texas grocery chain.   We refer to it as heebs.  Founded by Howard E Butts, and is still family owned.  He was a staunch Baptist and would not allow selling of beer, wine, etc.  After his death, the next generation wasn't so staunch.  Their center when I was young was in Corpus Christi Tx.  In the early 50s He wouldn't allow TV to come through there to our area 150 miles south because it was evil.  Thus we didn't get network TV until about 1954.

HEB pretty much rules the grocery world in San Antonio.  I remember the no Beer or Wine but didn't know about the TV.
