Chris' hometown figured out streaming, but if you look at the country streaming statistics overall, they're terrible. And I mean that for all country artists not named Luke Combs. It's just not how country fans generally listen to music.

I think people on this board tend to underestimate the nerves of the first lives shows + first in-ear performance. Plenty of artists have turned in terrible performances at their first live tv shows, who later have turned in excellent performances
