"Like I Loved You" was one of the songs included on the EP, so it's cool to see it eventually become a single. Anyway, "Like I Loved You" is a catchy heartbreak song with a very relatable lyric, and I like Brett's delivery here. Wallace: enjoy "Like I Loved You" from Brett Young and I am glad to see this make it through to the finals from Steven & Chris. Brett has a really nice voice and sings with such sincerity and emotion to it, and this is no different in this song. He sounds good throughout the song, but I especially like how his voice soars on the chorus and also on the bridge. Chris: An excellent song from an excellent MALE country singer who does NOT release music about BEERS and TRUCKS. QK: This song is fine and I don't really have anything against it but I think there are better songs here including his other song Mercy.
